We realize that all sales may not be final. If one of our customers makes a purchase and wishes to return the product, you have 20 days to do so. We must be notified of the return within the first 20 days of the product leaving our warehouse.  Please contact us at jtpartners@charter.net immediately so we can assure you the best possible customer service.

If a product arrives damaged, jtpartners@charter.net must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement is sent out.

In the rare event that the wrong product is shipped, this will need to be sent back to us. If this is to occur, jtpartners@charter.net must be notified immediately. The customer will need to pay for the return ground shipping but will be refunded 100 % of the order's cost or will receive exchange. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to our warehouse.

The customer will be refunded in the same manner of payment that they paid for the original order with. For example, if the order was placed with a Mastercard then it will be refunded to that same Mastercard account.

Please allow up to 2 weeks, after the item has arrived, for returns to be processed. If you feel like a return has taken longer than 2 weeks, please contact jtpartners@charter.net for any questions you may have.
