Removable Covers and Fabric Selection

The outer covers for our rice sacks are hand-sewn with cotton, flannel or fleece - your choice.  Each cover can be removed for washing when needed except for the eye sack which has a removable face that can be washed when needed as well.  Each cover has a hidden velcro closure so that it will not come in contact with your skin and cause irritation.  The inner muslin rice sack should never be washed.  It is important that this remain moisture-free.

When selecting rice sacks, you have several options in order to help us choose a fabric to best suit your style.  Masculine fabrics would include cool plaids, outdoor prints, and darker solid colors.  Feminine selections would include small floral prints, pastel plaids, and lighter solids.  Youth fabrics would include bolder and brighter designs.  Keep in mind that we are very selective in choosing our fabrics.  If you have something special in mind, you are welcome to make a special request when placing your order.  When making special requests, we would ask that you give us 2 or 3 options to better ensure that we can fulfill your request. 

CAUTION:  Rice bag will be hot.  Check temperature of bag before placing directly on skin.
