Soothe achy muscles with this aromatic body sack. Perfect for the lumbar region of the lower back, but can be used just about anyhwere you are achy or sore. Just heat it up, place it in your favorite chair and relax as the heat radiates into your muscles. Since it retains heat for hours at a time, this sack makes the perfect travel companion, too! Just heat it up and be on your way! A must-have for every household!

This rice sack measures 9 by 13 inches. It is constructed with a muslin inner rice sack with channels filled with rice and lavendar. The channels prevent the rice from moving and settling in one area of the sack. The outer cover for the rice sack is sewn with cotton, fleece or flannel - your choice.

To use the rice sack, place it in the microwave for 2 minutes. It will be hot, so it is best not to place it directly on your skin. Put it anywhere your body is sore or tense. Since the sack retains heat for long periods of time, it is a safe way to heat sore muscles as you drift off to sleep at night.

Each sack comes with a removable rice sack. The outer layer may be washed in cold water and air-dried when needed. Hidden velcro closure.

CAUTION: RICE SACK WILL BE HOT. CHECK TEMPERATURE BEFORE PLACING ON BODY.
